Job Description

Job Summary:

Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out
preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
of pumps, motors, blowers, valves, pipelines, and other water treatment equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimize plant downtime.
Monitor and maintain instruments, control panels, and utility systems.
Maintain maintenance logs, records, and reports for audits and compliance.
Plan spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement for timely availability.
Ensure adherence to
safety standards, ISO procedures, and regulatory guidelines
.
Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
Train operators and technicians on equipment handling and basic maintenance.
Coordinate with project, operations, and quality teams for smooth functioning.
