Responsibilities by Role

Engineer 1 Laser Cutting Machines

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC-based laser cutting machines.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and optical issues.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure precision and productivity.
• Coordinate with production teams for minimal downtime.

Engineer 2 – Chemical Etching / Strengthening

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment used in chemical etching and strengthening processes.
• Ensure safety compliance with chemical handling and environmental standards.
• Conduct periodic checks to prevent corrosion, leaks, or contamination.
• Support process improvements for efficiency and quality.

Engineer 3 – PLC, HMI, Robotics & Servo Systems

• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC & HMI systems.
• Handle robotic systems for pick-and-place and part transfer automation.
• Maintain servo drives, motion controls, and related automation equipment.
• Collaborate with automation teams to upgrade and optimize processes.

Engineer 4 – Sand Blasting Machines

• Perform maintenance of sandblasting machines and dust collection systems.
• Inspect wear parts, nozzles, and abrasive media handling.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during blasting operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic systems for continuous operation.

Candidate Profile

• B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Related field.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in respective specialization.
• Knowledge of safety, preventive maintenance, and lean practices.
