Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for equipment upgrades and AMC activities. Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, spares inventory, and CAPEX planning. Ensure safety compliance, LOTO procedures, and maintenance documentation. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of robotic systems (ABB, KUKA, FANUC), PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley), and SCADA. Expertise in both mechanical and electrical maintenance of automated systems. Knowledge of welding processes (spot, MIG/MAG) and paint processes (CATHODIC, top coat, clear coat).
