Job Summary:

Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot SMT machines such as ASM Pick & Place, ASM DEK Solder Printer, JT Reflow Oven, Axxon Mycronic Glue Dispenser, and Vitrox AXI Machine.
Perform calibration, feeder maintenance, and machine optimization.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Minimize downtime by improving MTTR & MTTS metrics.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to breakdowns.
Manage critical spare parts and feeder inventory.
Analyze downtime data and support Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.

Experience Required:

2 to 8 years in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.

Preferred Skills:

Strong troubleshooting & analytical abilities.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to equipment care.
