Summary :

Focus on availability of machines/equipments for production more than 99.5%, Maintain
MTTR
,
MTBF
as per KPI & KAI target as per AOP

Maintenance of machines in order to achieve continuous production.

Key Responsibilities :

To Attend breakdown of machines.
Spare parts management for the maintenance of machines.
SAP activity of breakdown notification.
Preparation of Purchase requisitions.
Analysis & preparation of monthly reports like major work, improvements, root cause analysis.
Planning & execution regarding upgradation of machines.
Planning & Execution of Preventive maintenance of machines.
Reduction in spares cost by proper planning in maintenance activity.
Continuous Improvements in Machines maintenance activity.
Monitoring O SUZI, 5S, KAIZENS, & Safety activities.
Implementation of TPM activities across SMPD division.

Skills:

Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
Good knowledge of soft skills programming & updated knowledge of latest technology.
