To maximise the uptime (available time for operating) of plant, M/C & utilities
To ensure Preventive & Predictive maintenance as per Schedule
To ensure the completion of all pending safety observations as per time schedule
Tracking of all KPIs like power, water, fuel consumptions & ensure that they are within Budgeted costs
To achieve the plant MTBF, MTTR as per target
Weekly petrol check & ensure the all safety budget in working condition
Why-why analysis of breakdown & focus on elimination of repetitive problems
Maintain the power factor & ensure the service of all utility equipment
To monitor & review the AMC of the plant & utility equipment
Responsible for the testing such as pressure vessel, Earth, IR testing of equipment
New machine installation and commissioning
Make the new layout for machinery & plants
Raise the capex as per requirement for new projects
Follow up with purchase for spares required for new projects
