Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for Maintenance Technicians, Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, and Machine Maintenance Supervisors. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues, and overseeing the upkeep of equipment used in plastic injection molding technology. The role requires ensuring equipment efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting the operational needs of the manufacturing unit.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and Electricity management.
• Experience in Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance processes.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts and their practical applications.
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a team.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical is preferred).
• Prior experience in plastic injection molding or similar industries is an added advantage.
