Role Overview

Maintenance function

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure

  safety compliance

  and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop & optimize

  maintenance strategies

  to maximize equipment uptime.
• Monitor tool performance (

  UDT, SDT, MTBF, MTBA, alarms

  ).
• Conduct

  Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  & implement

  CAPA

  for recurring issues.
• Plan, schedule & oversee

  preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance

  .
• Maintain accurate

  records, HIRAC & compliance documentation

  .
• Lead, train & mentor maintenance staff for high performance.
  
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  for efficiency, cost, and reliability.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:

  B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) or Diploma.

• Academic Requirement:

  Minimum

  60% throughout B.E./B.Tech

  with

  not more than 4 backlogs

  .

• Experience:

  Relevant experience in

  Polysilicon, Semiconductor, Chemical, or Process industries

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  precision equipment, predictive maintenance & planning

  .

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of

  maintenance management systems, RCA & CAPA

  .
• Strong

  problem-solving & decision-making

  skills.
• Proficiency in
