Maintenance Engineer - Die Casting

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of die casting machines (HPDC) and peripheral systems (furnaces, ladles, sprayers, extractors, trim presses, etc.).
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical issues.
• Maintain related equipment such as chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and temperature controllers.
• Monitor performance of melting/holding furnaces and metal transfer systems.
• Develop and execute PM schedules for die casting machines and equipment.
• Use condition monitoring techniques (vibration, thermography, oil analysis) where applicable.
• Maintain spares inventory and raise requisitions for critical parts.
• Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and company procedures.
• Participate in audits and implement corrective actions for compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine history, and downtime analysis.
• Generate reports on breakdowns, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
