Full Time
•Operate HPDC machines (hot chamber / cold chamber).
•Assist in die loading and unloading.
•Proper handling of molten metal during operations.
•Identify common die casting defects and inform supervisors
•Apply die lubricant and release agents
•Clean dies, vents, runners, and overflows.
•Support minor adjustments during production.
•Follow safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements.
•Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the work area.
•Report safety hazards and machine abnormalities immediately
•Maintain basic production records (shift output, rejection, downtime).
•Support production planning and shift targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
