Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of die casting machines (HPDC) and peripheral systems (furnaces, ladles, sprayers, extractors, trim presses, etc.). Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical issues. Maintain related equipment such as chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and temperature controllers. Monitor performance of melting/holding furnaces and metal transfer systems. Develop and execute PM schedules for die casting machines and equipment. Use condition monitoring techniques (vibration, thermography, oil analysis) where applicable. Maintain spares inventory and raise requisitions for critical parts. Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and company procedures. Participate in audits and implement corrective actions for compliance with ISO/IATF standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine history, and downtime analysis. Generate reports on breakdowns, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
