Maintenance Engineer

You are a skilled Maintenance Mechanic required for a Plastic Button Factory. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing machines and equipment used in plastic button production, such as injection molding, dyeing, and finishing units. Your tasks will involve performing regular maintenance on injection molding, dyeing, trimming, and finishing machinery, diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults to reduce production downtime, monitoring machine performance, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to, replacing worn or defective machine parts, and calibrating machines according to operational standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining maintenance logs, reporting issues to the maintenance supervisor or plant head, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, collaborating with the production team to plan maintenance activities without disrupting operations, managing spare parts inventory for swift replacements, and assisting in machine installation, relocation, or upgrades.
