We are hiring a Maintenance Fitter for our Plastic Button Manufacturing Unit. The role involves fitting, assembling, and repairing mechanical systems and machinery used in the production of plastic buttons. The candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining injection molding, dyeing, and finishing machinery.
· Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery used in plastic button production.
· Fit and assemble machine components accurately as per design and safety standards.
· Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
· Ensure all machinery is operating efficiently with minimal downtime.
· Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain detailed maintenance records.
· Work closely with engineers and machine operators to support production targets.
· Replace or refurbish machine parts such as belts, bearings, gears, and shafts.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Support installation of new machinery and plant upgrades.
Respond quickly to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when needed
· Education: ITI / Diploma in Fitter / Mechanical or relevant trade.
· Experience: 2–5 years as a fitter in a plastic or injection molding manufacturing unit.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and machine drawings.
· Ability to work independently and with a team under minimal supervision.
· Familiarity with safety procedures and lockout/tagout systems.
· Willing to work in shifts and respond to breakdowns at any time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,544.23 - ₹26,620.44 per month
