I. Planning and Execution
Project Planning & Coordination: \- Plan and coordinate daily site construction activities including manpowerallocation, work scheduling, and material delivery. \- Work with Project Engineer\/Manager to update daily and weekly projectschedules. \- Attend site coordination meetings and align on timelines, safety, andresource needs. \- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for uninterruptedproject execution. Supervision and Compliance: \- Supervise daily construction work ensuring adherence to technical drawings,specifications, and safety standards. \- Enforce on\-site safety regulations and lead by example to ensure safety\-firstpractices. \- Conduct regular site walks and inspections for progress tracking and qualitycontrol. Technical Guidance: \- Provide technical instructions and support to site teams. \- Identify issues and escalate challenges to Project Engineer\/Manager forresolution. \- Monitor site activities, anticipate risks, and record findings in the SiteObservation Book. \- Prepare daily work plans and resource requirements in consultation withsupervisors. \- Ensure proper use, operation, and maintenance of site equipment andmachinery. II. Documentation & Reporting \- Maintain accurate Daily Progress Reports with labour count, work done, andmaterial usage. \- Record all Site Notes, daily activities, weather updates, decisions, and keyevents. \- Update the Drawing Register and store all revised drawings (2D\/3D) at thesite. \- Ensure thorough documentation of QA\/QC Checklists, Safety Permits, HSEReports, and Site Incidents. \- Maintain an updated record of Material Inventory, Labor Attendance, andEquipment Usage. III. Professional Development \- Attend skill development training and stay updated with the latest practicesin civil engineering and CAD. \- Support the growth of junior engineers and help foster a learning environmenton\-site. IV. Professional Behavior \- Promote a safe, respectful, and collaborative work culture. \- Build strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and labor teams. \- Maintain punctuality, integrity, and efficiency at the workplace. V. Teamwork and Collaboration \- Participate actively in team meetings and site reviews. \- Support cross\-functional collaboration and share knowledge with peers. \- Ensure that every team member understands their responsibilities andcontributes effectively. Requirements

Qualification & Experience
