Responsibilities-:Exploring the knowledge on operation and functioning of installed machine i.e Mixing mill, Dispersion kneader,Batchoff, Balecutter and other machines. Performing Preventive,Predictive checklists and routine maintenance tasks of machines. Troubleshooting and assisting team in the breakdown of the machines. Involvement in the installation and commissioning of machines. Installed the fire alarm System project with team and trained the team. HVAC Fire system installed under the guidance of manager. 75liter kneader mechanical seal installation, Hydroulic seal guide installation. Chiller and utility work.
