Job Description

Job Title:

Electrician (STP Panel, Motor & Pump Installation)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrician with expertise in STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) electrical systems, including panel wiring, motor and pump installation, and overall electrical maintenance of treatment plant equipment.

Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain electrical control panels for STP systems.
Perform wiring, cable laying, and termination work as per standard electrical drawings.
Install and commission motors, pumps, blowers, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in panels and field instruments.
Ensure proper earthing, safety compliance, and load balancing in circuits.
Coordinate with the mechanical and civil team for smooth installation and operation.
Maintain daily records of electrical works and report to the project engineer.

Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 3 years in electrical work related to STP/ETP/industrial plants.
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
Must have good knowledge of MCC, PCC, Starter panels, and Control wiring.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and control circuits.
Familiar with motor alignment, cable sizing, and safety protocols.
Should have basic tools and hands-on experience with installation and testing instruments.
