Maintenance & Automation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with

  Special Purpose Machines (SPM), automatic machines, and automatic assembly lines

  .
• Responsible for

  machine maintenance

  (both electrical & mechanical) and ensuring smooth operations.
• Ability to

  work in shifts

  and attend to

  automatic machines & automatic assembly line breakdowns

  .
• Perform

  electrical troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance

  of plant machines.
• Practical knowledge of

  electrical control panels, wiring, and panel building

  .
• Maintenance & troubleshooting of

  pneumatic systems

  (air cylinders, solenoid valves, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in

  industrial automation

  including:

• PLC programming

  (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi or equivalent)

• HMI / SCADA

  operations

• Servo drives & motion control systems

• Ensure compliance with plant safety standards while handling machines and electrical systems.
  
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine uptime and efficiency.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  automation and control systems

  .
• Expertise in

  PLC programming, HMI, Servo systems

  .
• Good understanding of

  electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems

  .
• Problem-solving ability with quick decision-making during machine breakdowns.
  
• Hands-on approach with willingness to work in

  rotational shifts

  .

Preferred Background:

• Experience in

  machine building, plant machines, or SPM (Special Purpose Machines)

  industry.
• Previous exposure to

  automation-based manufacturing / medical devices / automotive / engineering industries

  is an advantage.
