Job Description:

We are seeking Maintenance Trainees to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for fresh ITI/ Diploma holders who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the maintenance field. The position offers on-the-job training, and freshers or immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections and checks to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
• Support preventive maintenance tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.
• Work closely with senior maintenance staff to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI, Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication (ECE) is required.
• Freshers with ITI or Diploma qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
