Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Facility Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance and repair tasks across the facility. The ideal candidate will have hands- on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems and a commitment to keeping the premises in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance issues.
• Carry out general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Assist in the installation and relocation of equipment and furniture.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and request replacements when necessary.
• Collaborate with external contractors when specialized maintenance is required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or in a similar role.
• knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Good physical condition and strength to handle manual tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance is a plus.

Work Conditions:

Experience: Minimum 2 years.

Salary: 10,000 to 22,000 (on the basis of Experience)
