     Develop and implement scripts (REXX, CLIST, JCL) to automate routine maintenance and operational tasks.

     Work within change management frameworks (ServiceNow, ChangeMan) to track, document, and deploy system modifications.

     Provide Level 3 technical support for incidents and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

     Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, configuration records, and procedural guides.
