Experience Range in Required Skills: 4 to 6 YearsJob Description:Must-Have:1. Design backend logic for applications.2. Ensure that the code quality is ensured for all developed code.3. Follow customer defined quality methodologies for development.4. Unit test the code developed and integrate with upstream and downstream applications5. Experience in Customer Application Support and Service Operations.6. Good technical, analytical and debugging skills.7. Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders.8. Need to coordinate with infrastructure teams, interfacing teams and security teams.9. Experience working in Agile methodologies.10. Expertise in Service, Problem, and Change Management processes.11. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and governance skills.12. Must have good communication, interpersonal skills & eager to learn.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:1 Development and Unit testing. Proficiency in development using COBOL /VSAM2 Oversee application support services (L1L2), ensuring timely incident resolution and root cause analysis3 Documentation of requirements4 Manage SLA compliance, reporting, and performance metrics.5 Coordinate change and release management for application updates and patches6 Act as the primary customer contact for service delivery and escalations.7 Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost optimization initiatives8 Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and service enhancements
