Looking for 8-15 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, Mainframe Utilities
Proven experience in Mainframe Modernization (re-platforming, re-hosting, API enablement, cloud integration).
Strong knowledge of Mainframe application architecture and performance tuning.
Experience in leading offshore teams and managing delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines in Mainframe environments.
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (like Azure, PCF) and hybrid integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like ADO, Jira, Confluence.
Experience in API enablement and microservices integration with Mainframe systems.
