Job Location:

Experience Required: 03 to 05 Years

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience in COBOL programming, JCL scripting, and CICS transaction processing.
• This role involves maintaining and enhancing legacy systems, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
• Perform impact analysis and code changes for enhancements and production fixes.
• Develop and maintain batch and online programs.
• Work with DB2 and VSAM for data access and manipulation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with QA and business teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide production support and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.

Experience:

• 03 to 05 Years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2.
• Experience in debugging and resolving production issues.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in migration or modernization projects.
• Knowledge of tools like Endevor, File-AID, and Abend-AID.
• Exposure to scheduling tools like CA-7 or Control-M.

• BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate
