Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with key mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe programs using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex batch and online jobs
• Optimize code performance and database interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
• Participate in code reviews and documentation

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in mainframe development
• Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM
• Experience with production support, debugging, and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
