Job Description

Open Position-DB2 System Programmer Experience-7+Years Skill---Mainframe DB2 System Programmer JD--- Have 7+ years of experience of installing and/or customizing software products Mainframe DB2 and/or data replication product suite Experience working with large systems in data sharing SysPlex environment Has thorough knowledge of resources available and demonstrated ability to use the resources for problem determination, product enhancements and other technical issues related to the components being administered Strong problem determination skills in both system and application area Able to work both as individual and as a team member with other subject matter experts and infrastructure DBAs Perform mainframe database software upgrades coupled with administration and tuning to support DB2 environments Establishment of policies and procedures pertaining to database management, Disaster recovery, security, maintenance and utilization Analyzing new versions of DB2 for functionality that can improve systems performance and reduce cos t Perform performance data collection, analysis, and tuning of DB2 systems Executes project and internal initiative responsibilities as assigned or delegated Participate in incident and problem management activities related to application and DB2 Perform problem diagnostics and resolution as well as change management Provide 24*7 on-call support Mainframe Infrastructure Perform mainframe database software upgrades coupled with administration and tuning to support DB2 environments Establishment of policies and procedures pertaining to database management, Disaster recovery, security, maintenance and utilization Analyzing new versions of DB2 for functionality that can improve systems performance and reduce cost Perform performance data collection, analysis, and tuning of DB2 systems Interested candidates kindly share your cv to me at swasti.sarangi@infosys.com with below details: Total Experience- DB2 System Programmer- Data sharing in Sysplex- CTC- ECTC- Notice Period-
