• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using COBOL on Mainframe systems. 
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging of complex COBOL programs. 
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and support teams for end-to-end project delivery. 
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide technical solutions. 
• Handle defect triaging and provide production support as needed. 

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in COBOL development. 
• Proficiency in JCL, VSAM, and DB2. 
• Banking domain experience is highly preferred. 
• Familiarity with SDLC processes in a large-scale enterprise environment.
