Head of Maintenance – Forging & Machining (Including Gear Cutting)
Location: Punjab
Department: Maintenance
Salary: Up to ₹1 Lakh
Experience: 10+ years (5+ years in forging/machining/gear cutting maintenance)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance for forging and machining units
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot equipment failures
Optimize equipment performance through data analysis
Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation
Manage budget, inventory, and vendors
Train and lead maintenance staff
Skills Required:
Strong expertise in mechanical/electrical systems
Knowledge of forging, CNC, gear cutting machines
Familiarity with CMMS and lean principles
