As a Magento Developer at Sookshum Labs, your primary responsibility will be to develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2-based websites. You will collaborate closely with a team of developers to create themes, build custom extensions, and extend third-party modules. Your expertise in Magento Best Practices, modern HTML/CSS, web services, and programming languages like JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, REST, SOAP, and more will be essential to ensure seamless website performance and deliver high-quality Ecommerce solutions. Your strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and proactive approach to research will contribute to ongoing improvements and enhancing website reliability. Your role will also involve working on minor and major software/applications/features, integrating back-end services, refining specifications, and creating software documentation. By staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, you will play a key role in optimizing code performance and completing tasks within timelines. Effective communication with clients, team leads, and managers is crucial to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in CSE or equivalent. - Minimum 1 year of experience working with Magento 2. Skills Required: - Extensive knowledge of Magento Best Practices, including theme development, custom extensions, and third-party extensions. - Proficiency in modern HTML/CSS, web services, programming languages, and web user interface design. - Understanding of web application security, session management, and best development practices. - Familiarity with relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development. - Strong problem-diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational skills, proactive approach to research, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Experience with frameworks like Laravel or CMS like WordPress is advantageous. - Knowledge of GIT version control and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Digital Ocean is a plus. - Excellent communication skills.
