We’re Hiring – Machine Maintenance & Operator Technician

 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Machine Maintenance & Operator Technician to operate production machines, perform regular maintenance, and handle repairs to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operate and monitor production machines (as per SOPs)

✔ Perform routine preventive maintenance & inspections

✔ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues

✔ Ensure machine calibration and adjustments for efficiency

✔ Maintain logs of breakdowns, repairs & servicing

✔ Ensure adherence to safety & quality standards

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in machine operation & maintenance (freshers with ITI/Diploma can also apply)

Prior experience in food manufacturing/FMCG is an advantage
