Machine Technician

Role Overview: As a Machine Technician at AGF Equipamentos, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. Your role will involve hands-on experience with mechanical systems and strong problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Machine Installation: - Install and set up new machines based on manufacturer specifications. - Conduct pre-installation inspections to ensure site readiness. - Align, calibrate, and test machines for optimal performance. - Provide training to operators and staff on machine usage and safety procedures. - Machine Maintenance & Repair: - Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system issues. - Replace defective parts such as gears, bearings, wiring, and hydraulic components. - Maintain detailed maintenance records and repair logs. - Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). - Experience: 1-2 years of experience in machine installation and maintenance. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. - Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. - Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team. - Willingness to travel within India and abroad for machine installations.
