Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in our production process. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure smooth and safe production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, testing, and adjusting) prior to the production cycle.
Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor machine operations to detect problems or malfunctions.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Troubleshoot issues and report any mechanical problems to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate production and machine logs.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
Basic mechanical and technical skills.
Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Willingness to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
High school diploma/ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Work Environment:

Factory/Manufacturing setup.
May involve standing for long hours, working with noise, and handling raw materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
