Job Title: Machine Operator – Converting Machines Location: Ahmedabad CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA Education: ITI (Fitter / Turner / Mechanical or relevant trade) Role Summary: We are looking for skilled Machine Operators experienced in operating and setting converting machines used for packaging and plastic processing. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, test runs, and ensuring smooth operations during production. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor converting machines for test and production runs Set parameters and perform basic adjustments for different job types Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine readiness Identify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions Ensure output quality and production efficiency Follow safety and operational standards on the shop floor Candidate Profile: Qualification: ITI in Mechanical, Fitter, or related trade Experience: 2 to 3 years Hands-on experience in operating converting or packaging machines Skills: Machine setup and troubleshooting Understanding of production workflows Basic mechanical knowledge Safety awareness and teamwork
