Machine Operator

Role Summary:
The Ghee Operator will be responsible for handling the complete process of ghee production — from cream separation and boiling to clarification, filtration, and packaging. The role demands attention to hygiene, precision in temperature control, and adherence to food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor ghee processing equipment (boiling, clarification, filtration, and filling machines)
• Maintain accurate records of batch processing, temperatures, and output
• Ensure consistency in ghee texture, aroma, and color as per quality standards
• Check and maintain raw material quality (butter, cream) before processing
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area as per SOPs
• Assist in packing, sealing, and labeling of finished ghee
• Follow safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Support maintenance staff during equipment checks or breakdowns
• Coordinate with QA team for product testing and quality verification
• Maintain daily production logs and report any deviations immediately

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent; ITI/Diploma in Dairy Technology preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in ghee or dairy production operations
• Knowledge of ghee production process and equipment handling
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety norms
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions precisely

Work Conditions:

• Factory-based role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
