The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the batching system, ensuring precise material proportions, maintaining plant efficiency, and contributing to high-quality AAC block production. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Operate the computerized batching plant for AAC block production. Accurately weigh and mix raw materials (fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder, water) as per the recipe. Monitor the control panel and plant equipment to ensure consistent operation. Maintain proper records of batching quantities and material usage. Inspect equipment daily and coordinate with maintenance for necessary repairs. Ensure safe operation of the plant and adherence to standard operating procedures. Coordinate with the production manager and quality control for alignment with daily production targets. ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10th pass; ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical preferred. 2+ years of experience operating an AAC/Concrete batching plant. Familiarity with automated batching systems and industrial safety protocols.
