About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Machine Learning Engineer Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, designing engaging content, and mentoring learners ranging from beginners to intermediate professionals in the field of Machine Learning and AI.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals (0–5 years of experience) who love teaching, simplifying complex topics, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training modules on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science concepts.
• Conduct live sessions, hands-on workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Create learning materials: presentations, coding notebooks, quizzes, and projects.
• Mentor students or junior engineers on real-world ML problems and capstone projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ML/AI and incorporate them into training.
• Collaborate with the content team to improve and upgrade curriculum based on feedback and industry changes.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Support internal upskilling programs for employees (if corporate training).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Data Preprocessing, Model Evaluation, and Deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex technical topics.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Optional but preferred: Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or content creation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
