Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview: You will be working as a data scientist at a company focusing on developing AI/ML based Enterprise Software Products. Your main responsibility will be to discover valuable information from large datasets and utilize machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning techniques to address business needs. Additionally, you will be involved in developing high-quality prediction systems and applying Language/Vision techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and identify relevant data sources. - Analyze and preprocess data to extract valuable insights and ensure data quality. - Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on solutions to enhance performance and accuracy. - Continuously optimize algorithms and models to adapt to evolving business requirements. - Document methodologies, findings, and outcomes in clear and concise reports. Communicate results effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in software development. - Strong educational background in computer science and Math/Statistics. - Experience with Open Source LLM and Langchain Framework for designing efficient prompts for LLMs. - Proven ability in NLP, text-based extraction techniques, and Generative AI technologies. - Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms like k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS for deploying and monitoring models. - Proficiency in data science toolkits like NumPy, Pandas, and query languages such as SQL. - Good applied statistics skills and experience working with large datasets. - Knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-Learn, CNTK, or PyTorch) for NLP, Recommender systems, personalization, Segmentation, microservices architecture, and API development. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and learn new technologies quickly. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
