Job Summary

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Bluphlux, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our AI-driven recruitment solutions. You will work with a team of talented engineers and data scientists to create innovative algorithms that improve the efficiency and accuracy of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to enhance recruitment processes.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into production systems.
Analyze and process large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Continuously improve model performance and accuracy through experimentation and iteration.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing machine learning models and algorithms.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with data processing and analysis using tools like Pandas and NumPy.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and language models.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems like Git.
