Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repairs:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines such as compressors, pumps, HVAC systems, cranes, hydraulic equipment, jacks etc.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and carry out timely repairs.
• Maintain plant utilities including water supply, air systems, and lighting.

Inspections & Monitoring:

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems.
• Monitor performance and condition of machinery using diagnostic tools.
• Identify wear and tear and recommend replacement or servicing.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and fault reports.
• Assist in preparing maintenance schedules and spare part requisitions.
• Report critical issues to supervisors and suggest improvements.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow safety protocols during maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with equipment operation standards and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in safety drills and toolbox talks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum

  23 years of experience

  in machine and plant maintenance.
• Experience in metro depot, infrastructure, or industrial plant preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdown
