• Should have 8-10 years of troubleshooting experience in MacBook Support and
proficient knowledge in Mac Operating System.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to systems, networks, and hardware, using
command-line tools / MacOS
• Should have Knowledge about Apple business management, Integrated DEP
enrollment with JAMF Pro
• Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of device management principles, security, and
compliance.
• Have good experience in Deployed macOS Security patches and Mac OS
Applications
• Required excellent skill in JAMF administration and configuration.
• Should have good experience in packages through composer
• Actively participates in the creation, maintenance, and sharing of technical
information and documentation
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with IT and endusers
