Job Description

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, including Conditional Access and Identity Protection & Entra Connect, hybrid identity, and directory synchronization.
Prior experience leading technical teams or projects.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to present complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting.
Experience with Email security (Mimecast)

Responsibility:

Serve as the technical lead for Microsoft 365 and Azure Identity services.
implement, and manage Azure AD Conditional Access Policies in alignment with security and compliance requirements.
Administer and optimize Exchange Online including mailbox management, retention policies, transport rules, and hybrid configurations.
Migrations (e.g., Exchange On-Prem to Online & Exchange Online to GCP), coexistence, and cutover projects
manage secure and scalable identity solutions using Azure AD, including: MFA, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Protection, B2B and B2C scenarios
Lead and mentor a team of engineers; provide technical direction and upskilling opportunities.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams to align solutions with business needs.
Lead incident management and root cause analysis for complex issues.
Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap and proactively recommend enhancements.
Contribute to the roadmap for collaboration and cloud identity services.
