Luxury Travel Consultant (Domestic & International Packages & Ticketing)

• Handle domestic & international holiday package bookings (customized & group).
• Manage air ticket bookings (domestic & international) using GDS/airline portals.
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide best-suited options.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and suppliers for bookings and confirmations.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end execution of travel itineraries.
• Stay updated with travel trends, airline rules, and visa requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in domestic & international travel bookings (packages & ticketing).
• Currently working or have past experience in a travel agency (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of air ticketing (GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with a problem-solving approach.
• Should be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
