Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Luxury Retail Sales professional. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers, and contributing to retail sales targets. The professional will be expected to maintain high standards of store presentation, engage with customers to understand their needs, and recommend suitable luxury products. Ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating a positive shopping environment will be key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-end luxury products
• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of luxury products, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, building rapport, and ensuring their needs are met
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by upselling and cross-selling luxury products
• Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices
• Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
• Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy

• Previous experience in luxury sales or a similar field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Knowledge of luxury brands and products
