Job Description

Location: Kalaghoda, Mumbai Office Timings: Monday to Saturday – 10 AM to 7 PM Expected Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury retail or premium client-facing roles Estaa, a distinguished name in luxury fine jewelry, is seeking an experienced and sophisticated Luxury Client Advisor to be part of our flagship showroom in Kalaghoda. The ideal candidate will play a key role in elevating client experiences, building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and contributing to the brand’s growth through personalized service and refined sales expertise. Key Responsibilities: High-Touch Client Engagement: Build enduring relationships with HNIs, influencers, stylists, and wedding planners, ensuring repeat business and high-value referrals through personalized service and proactive follow-ups. Luxury Sales Excellence: Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by adopting a consultative, needs-based approach to selling. Product Mastery: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Estaa's collections—materials, gemstones, craftsmanship, heritage, and bespoke services—to educate and captivate discerning clientele. Tailored Client Experiences: Deliver a world-class in-store experience, including curated recommendations, private appointments, and storytelling that reflects Estaa’s values and artistry. Business Development & Networking: Identify and engage new client segments via high-end networking, collaborations with stylists/wedding planners, private showcases, trunk shows, and participation in select luxury exhibitions. Clienteling & CRM: Maintain up-to-date client records, preferences, and purchase histories in CRM tools to enhance loyalty and personalize future interactions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the store team, inventory, and design team to fulfill client requests, ensure seamless handovers, and support back-end coordination. Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business strategy and client engagement efforts. Qualifications: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in luxury retail sales or premium client advisory roles (preferably in jewelry, fashion, watches, or lifestyle) Fluent in English; additional regional or international languages are a plus Polished, well-groomed, and articulate with a refined sense of luxury aesthetics Strong sales acumen with the ability to manage high-value transactions confidently Flexible to work weekends, events, and peak retail seasons Proven ability to connect with elite clientele and deliver elevated experiences Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
