As a Luxury Apartment Administrator / Butler, your role will involve delivering a premium hospitality experience to residents in a luxury residential property. Your responsibilities include coordinating personalized services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and upholding excellent communication, etiquette, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing, monitoring, and reporting daily operations of hospitality and maintenance, including security, administration, kitchen, and events. - Coordinating with vendors, facility management, and security teams. - Maintaining common areas, reception, lobby, and premium resident spaces. - Keeping daily service reports, visitor logs, complaint registers, and checklists up to date. - Managing inventory for apartment essentials, linen, toiletries, and supplies. - Assisting in budgeting, billing, and tracking service expenses if required. - Organizing and supporting resident events, gatherings, and community programs. - Providing assistance with bookings for restaurants, travel, medical appointments, courier services, etc. - Upholding premium service standards similar to 5-star hotels. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management. - 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotels, premium serviced apartments, high-end residences, or cruise lines preferred. In terms of personality and behavioral traits, you should possess: - A well-groomed, polished appearance. - Calm, disciplined, and attentive listening skills. - A service-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. - Respectful, courteous, and proactive behavior.
