The role you will be taking on involves supporting and collaborating with process owners to map and model current processes, as well as monitoring and evaluating their efficiency and effectiveness by defining proper Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying improvement opportunities. You will work closely with the analytics function to develop visual controls and reports that assist process owners in making data-informed decisions.
