POSITION: Enterprise IT Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Must-Have Qualifications

• Overall Experience:

  7+ years of professional experience in the Information Technology sector.

• Relevant BSA Experience:

  A minimum of 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or a similar role within a corporate/enterprise IT organization.

• Salesforce Implementation Experience:

  Proven, hands-on experience managing and delivering mid-to-large-scale implementations and enhancement projects on the Salesforce platform.

  This is a mandatory requirement.

• Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge:

  Deep functional and technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. You must be able to confidently discuss and design solutions involving objects, workflows, Process Builder, Flows, validation rules, security models, and the capabilities of major clouds like Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or other quoting solutions.

• Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce (e.g., using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Charts, G-Suite).
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
