Roles and Responsibilities:

1.LT Panel GA Drawing. 2.SLD 3.BOM Preparation 4.BOQ Preparation 5.LT Panel Estimation.

creating detailed electrical schematics, panel layouts, and single-line diagrams for low-voltage panels, and accurately estimating the costs for materials, labor, and equipment

• Design & Documentation:
• Develop detailed electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using CAD software like AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
• Create Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) to show the overall electrical distribution.
• Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings to show the physical layout of panel components.
• Produce system deployment documents like installation diagrams and field wiring checkout sheets.
• Estimation & Costing:
• Calculate busbar sizes and other component requirements based on design calculations and load analysis.
• Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs), which list all the required components.
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, and other resources needed for the panel.
• Analyze supplier quotations to secure cost-effective solutions.
