Position: LS-DYNA Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  FEA analysis

  using LS-DYNA (Implicit and Explicit) for

  component-level simulations

  .
• Work with pre-processors such as

  HyperMesh

  and

  LS-PrePost

  for model preparation and results evaluation.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring

  quality and timely delivery

  of simulation results.
• Conduct

  conclusive analysis

  by correlating simulation and test data, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Support cross-functional team activities and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
• Learn and implement new methods to handle

  multiple tasks/projects

  effectively.
• Document and present findings clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with global teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements, including flexible working hours if needed.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong fundamentals in

  engineering mechanics, strength of materials, and finite element methods

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  LS-DYNA solver (Implicit & Explicit)

  for structural/component simulations.
• Good proficiency in

  HyperMesh, LS-PrePost

  for preprocessing and postprocessing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  and ability to work in a

  team-oriented environment

  .
• Proactive, quick learner with adaptability to changing business needs.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Exposure to

  seatbelt simulation activities

  and

  seatbelt product engineering

  .
• Relevant certifications in LS-DYNA / FEA tools.
• Prior experience in automotive crashworthiness, occupant safety, or related CAE domains.
