LRU Services Representative

Role Overview: At Safran Aircraft Engines Customer Support team, there is a new position available for an LRU services representative in India (Delhi) for both Indian and non-Indian customers. In this role, you will work under the management of Global Supply Chain Support and Services LRU services. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers, managing parts repair requests, placing purchase orders in ERP System SAP, providing regular status updates on open purchase orders to customers, proposing standard exchanges if necessary, organizing drop shipments of parts, scheduling calls and meetings with customers, managing performance KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing regular feedback to management, and performing any other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Work under the management of Global Supply Chain Support and Services LRU services - Communicate with Indian and non-Indian customers - Manage parts repair requests of the customers - Place purchase orders in ERP System SAP - Provide regular status for open purchase orders to customer - Propose standard exchange if needed - Organize drop shipment of parts - Organize regular calls, meetings, with customers - Manage performance KPIs - Ensure customer satisfaction - Provide regular feedback to the management - Perform other duties assigned from time to time Qualifications Required: - Good international experience in customers relationship, with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry - Good knowledge of legal environment related to managing contracts and agreements,
