LRU Services Representative

Role Overview: You will be joining the Safran Aircraft Engines Customer Support team in a new position focused on increasing LRU services representative in India (Delhi) for both Indian and non-Indian customers. Your main responsibilities will include working under the management of Global Supply Chain Support and Services LRU services, communicating with customers, managing parts repair requests, placing purchase orders in ERP System SAP, providing regular status updates on open purchase orders to customers, proposing standard exchange when necessary, organizing drop shipment of parts, scheduling calls and meetings with customers, managing performance KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing feedback to management, and performing other assigned duties. Key Responsibilities: - Work under the management of Global Supply Chain Support and Services LRU services - Communicate with Indian and non-Indian customers - Manage parts repair requests of the customers - Place purchase orders in ERP System SAP - Provide regular status for open purchase orders to customer - Propose standard exchange if needed - Organize drop shipment of parts - Organize regular calls, meetings with customers - Manage performance KPIs - Ensure customer satisfaction - Provide regular feedback to the management - Perform other duties assigned from time to time Qualifications Required: - Good international experience in customer relationship, with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry - Good knowledge of legal environment related to managing contracts and agreements,
